We have a conference room located just off our main lobby that is available for rent.
Rate is $35/hour. Members get 10% off of this rate. Executive Members get free use of the conference room.
The conference room comfortably seats 6 and has a TV with long HDMI cord that can be used as a display if needed. We will do our best to help accommodate your needs ranging from IT help (getting the TV to work as display) to having deli meals delivered to the room during meetings.
Planning ahead is always preferred, so it is advised that we meet minimum 24 hours prior to meeting to make sure IT issues are addressed without surprise.
Deli meals can be ordered ahead of time or when guests arrive. Meals can take 20-30 minutes to prepare. Pre-ordering food requires 50% deposit which is refundable if canceled 24 hours prior.
Conference room should be scheduled through membership with as much advanced notice as possible.
